The Don Francisco Apartotel is unique in that many of the guests are extended-stay travelers. The hotel is frequented by business people, medical and dental vacationers, expatriates, and locals, from outlying areas, who come to town for personal and business needs. Hospital Cima is just minutes away.
WHAT IS NEARBY: From the hotel it’s just a few blocks going north to a great strip mall (District 4), which offers a large well-appointed grocery that has many imported products (Auto Mercado), pharmacy, many specialty shops, and restaurants suited for every taste, including a Starbucks. Just under a mile to the clinic. There is a McDonalds and an AM/PM grocery just 850 M/½ mi. east of the hotel, and other restaurants and shops. There is also a large Mas x Menos grocery (Walmart chain) about halfway between the AM/PM and the clinic.
They have a catering service for breakfast. Order by 6 PM and it will be delivered the next morning to your room. Four menu choices: 2 for $8 and 2 for $10. Or you can make your own in the kitchen in your apartment.

IF THE ROOM IS NOT RE-BOOKED, THE GUEST WILL BE CHARGED ONE NIGHT’S STAY OR 50% OF THE STAY IF LENGTH OF STAY IS MORE THAN TWO NIGHT’S.
