Milena Chaves is a dedicated Patient Coordinator with more than 11 years of experience in the dental field, helping patients navigate their treatment journey with care, compassion, and personalized attention.
Milena spent an important part of her life in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she completed high school and attended MATC. Her professional journey began at St. Anthony School, where she worked for five years. She then spent three years working at LVSS, gaining valuable experience in verification and scheduling.
After that, Milena began her career in the dental field, where she discovered a true passion for helping people. For the past 11 years, she has dedicated herself to guiding patients through the dental treatment process, answering their questions, coordinating their appointments, and helping make what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming experience easier and more comfortable.
What she finds most rewarding about her work is seeing the difference dental treatment can make in someone’s life. For Milena, one of the most meaningful moments is when a patient says, “Thank you. You helped me smile again.” Those words remind her why she loves what she does.
Milena believes that dental care is about much more than teeth—it is about confidence, quality of life, and giving people a reason to smile again. Her goal is to make every patient feel heard, supported, and cared for throughout their journey.
